Welcome to Mindshift Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mindshift Labs website and our digital products (habit trackers, mental software, templates and any related materials) (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing or using any product from Mindshift Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Mindshift Labs is operated by Digital Labs, based in Perú. Our products are sold online as digital downloads only. If you have any questions, you can contact us at:

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our products. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY
All products sold through this website are digital products (PDFs, templates and similar formats). No physical items will be shipped.

After your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive instant access to your files on the confirmation page and/or
- You will receive a download link by email.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to save or back up your files.

4. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and/or other payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions as well.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

5. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a digital product from Mindshift Labs, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files.

You MAY:
- Download and use the product for your personal use.
- Print the files for yourself as many times as you wish.

You MAY NOT:
- Resell, share, distribute, gift or transfer the files, whether in original or modified form.
- Upload the files to any public or shared drive, website or marketplace.
- Claim the designs, structure or content as your own intellectual property.

If we believe our products are being misused or shared without permission, we may revoke access without refund.

6. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Our products are designed for self-improvement, productivity and habit-building purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use the content and for any decisions or results derived from it.

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, in accordance with our payment provider’s policies.

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access upon purchase, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased files, after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Duplicate purchases.
- Other exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at digitalnlabs.j@gmail.com and must include the order number and a brief explanation.

Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day window has passed.

8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or performance of the website.
- Use automated systems or bots to access or download our content.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and layouts, is owned or licensed by Mindshift Labs and protected by international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over our intellectual property.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindshift Labs and Mindshift Labs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We may update, modify or discontinue any product or feature at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific product or feature for any given period.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
